A truly exquisite George II Silver Jug with wonderful features including a domed reeded hinged cover with pierced thumb rest, scroll handle engraved with flowers, the body embossed with classical swags, pelmets and ribbons, part lobed on circular spreading foot

Hallmarked for London 1749 with maker's mark which looks like W.S into an oval.

Measures 20 cm (8 inches) high.

Weighs 655 grams, 21 Troy Ounces.

Super condition for its age with no damage or repair.
