An early 20th century enamel and gold plated rounded rectangular Cigarette Case.

The hinged cover is finely painted in polychrome enamel with a 19th century style rural family aboard a cart, the back cover is engine turned and the case is carved all around the edge.

Stamped GOLD CASED.

Measures 8cm long

Great overall condition for its age with only a minor chip to one corner of the enamel (seen in the photo)
